Meet your coach!
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Growing up, I spent countless hours in the gym alongside my father, and those early experiences sparked my passion for strength training. What started as time spent learning, lifting, and building discipline became something much bigger — a lifelong appreciation for the process of becoming stronger.
Training taught me that progress is earned through consistency, patience, and the willingness to push yourself beyond your comfort zone.
That mindset was tested when an injury kept me away from weightlifting for two years. Being unable to train gave me a new perspective on something I had always valued. When I finally returned to the gym, I made a promise to myself: never take the ability to train for granted.
That experience became the foundation of Vulcano Strength Club and shaped the way I approach coaching today.
I believe strength is built through adversity. It is developed through discipline, commitment, and showing up even when the process is difficult.
My coaching philosophy is centered around helping people become stronger — physically and mentally — through structured strength and performance-based training. Every program is built with purpose, focusing on proper movement, progressive overload, and consistent improvement over time.
Whether you are stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after a setback, or chasing your next PR, my goal is to provide the guidance, structure, and support needed to help you progress and discover what you are truly capable of.
